Reserves<\/h3>\r\n <p class=\"text-lg text-slate-700 leading-relaxed\">Uniresources Private Limited shall maintain a pool of various hardware spares\/components as reserves to ensure issues to be resolved in time.<\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <div class=\"bg-slate-50 p-8 rounded-xl border border-slate-200 hover:shadow-md transition\">\r\n <h3 class=\"font-bold text-slate-900 text-xl mb-4\">Health Records<\/h3>\r\n <p class=\"text-lg text-slate-700 leading-relaxed\">A health record would be maintained for all equipment under AMC for each incident of malfunctioning, complain logging and solving.<\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <div class=\"bg-slate-50 p-8 rounded-xl border border-slate-200 hover:shadow-md transition\">\r\n <h3 class=\"font-bold text-slate-900 text-xl mb-4\">Network Availability<\/h3>\r\n <p class=\"text-lg text-slate-700 leading-relaxed\">Ensuring high availability of networks, Identifying LAN faults & getting them resolved.<\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/section>\r\n\r\n \r\n <section id=\"scope-of-work\">\r\n <h2 class=\"text-3xl md:text-4xl font-bold text-slate-900 mb-8 border-b border-slate-200 pb-4\">Scope of Work for Service<\/h2>\r\n <ul for the whole computer system shall be done on half yearly basis which shall include external\/internal cleaning of the system, running the diagnostics \/utilities tool to determine the existing or likelihood fault.<\/li>\r\n <li>Routine corrective and preventive maintenance of computer systems and its peripherals as specified in the inventory of equipment.<\/li>\r\n <li>Diagnosing and resolving the problem according to the severity assigned to it.<\/li>\r\n <li>Re-installing the OS or latest OS (Provided by Customer).<\/li>\r\n <li>Software installation, un-installation, configuration, antivirus software up-gradation to make system\/equipment fully functional.<\/li>\r\n <li>Installation\/Re-installation of essential and productivity S\/W (Pre-Listed, with SOP, package provided by customer).<\/li>\r\n <li>Resolving breakdowns of the highest priority terminal in minimum time.<\/li>\r\n <\/ul>\r\n <\/section>\r\n\r\n \r\n <div class=\"grid grid-cols-1 lg:grid-cols-2 gap-10 parts (covers, switches, sockets, buttons).<\/li>\r\n <li>Damage caused by force majeure, surges, high voltages, lightning, or rodents.<\/li>\r\n <li>Wet, Cracked, Broken, Burned, or dropped devices.<\/li>\r\n <li>Manhandling or repair tried by unauthorized person.<\/li>\r\n <li>Cables (LAN Patch, Data), Converters & Add-on cards.<\/li>\r\n <li>Laptop battery, UPS or UPS batteries.<\/li>\r\n <li class=\"font-bold text-red-700\">Company Data and User Data.<\/li>\r\n <\/ul>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/section>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n \r\n <section id=\"clauses\">\r\n <h2 class=\"text-3xl md:text-4xl font-bold text-slate-900 mb-8 border-b border-slate-200 pb-4\">Clauses & Service Details<\/h2>\r\n <div class=\"bg-white rounded-2xl border border-slate-200 shadow-sm overflow-hidden w-full\">\r\n <div class=\"p-8 md:p-12\">\r\n <p class=\"text-slate-700 mb-10 text-lg md:text-xl leading-relaxed\">The maintenance shall normally be done during working hours of the customers. i.e. from <span class=\"font-bold text-slate-900 bg-slate-100 px-3 py-1 rounded border border-slate-300\">10:00 AM to 05:00 PM<\/span>. However, in case of emergency, maintenance may have to be done beyond office hours and even on holidays only by raise request. Prior arrangement through proper communication should be worked out in all cases.<\/p>\r\n \r\n <h3 class=\"font-bold text-slate-900 mb-6 text-2xl\">Response Time & Penalties<\/h3>\r\n <p class=\"text-slate-700 mb-8 text-lg md:text-xl\">Normal response time for attending the breakdown event is the next business day. the problem according to the severity assigned to it.<\/li>\r\n <li>Re-installing the OS or latest OS (Provided by Customer).<\/li>\r\n <li>Software installation, un-installation, configuration, antivirus software up-gradation to make system\/equipment fully functional.<\/li>\r\n <li>Installation\/Re-installation of essential and productivity S\/W (Pre-Listed, with SOP, package provided by customer).<\/li>\r\n <li>Resolving breakdowns of the highest priority terminal in minimum time.<\/li>\r\n <\/ul>\r\n <\/section>\r\n\r\n \r\n <div class=\"grid grid-cols-1 lg:grid-cols-2 gap-10 parts (covers, switches, sockets, buttons).<\/li>\r\n <li>Damage caused by force majeure, surges, high voltages, lightning, or rodents.<\/li>\r\n <li>Wet, Cracked, Broken, Burned, or dropped devices.<\/li>\r\n <li>Manhandling or repair tried by unauthorized person.<\/li>\r\n <li>Cables (LAN Patch, Data), Converters & Add-on cards.<\/li>\r\n <li>Laptop battery, UPS or UPS batteries.<\/li>\r\n <li class=\"font-bold text-red-700\">Company Data and User Data.<\/li>\r\n <\/ul>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/section>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n \r\n <section id=\"clauses\">\r\n <h2 class=\"text-3xl md:text-4xl font-bold text-slate-900 mb-8 border-b border-slate-200 pb-4\">Clauses & Service Details<\/h2>\r\n <div class=\"bg-white rounded-2xl border border-slate-200 shadow-sm overflow-hidden w-full\">\r\n <div class=\"p-8 md:p-12\">\r\n <p class=\"text-slate-700 mb-10 text-lg md:text-xl leading-relaxed\">The maintenance shall normally be done during working hours of the customers. i.e. from <span class=\"font-bold text-slate-900 bg-slate-100 px-3 py-1 rounded border border-slate-300\">10:00 AM to 05:00 PM<\/span>. However, in case of emergency, maintenance may have to be done beyond office hours and even on holidays only by raise request. Prior arrangement through proper communication should be worked out in all cases.<\/p>\r\n \r\n <h3 class=\"font-bold text-slate-900 mb-6 text-2xl\">Response Time & Penalties<\/h3>\r\n <p class=\"text-slate-700 mb-8 text-lg md:text-xl\">Normal response time for attending the breakdown event is the next business day.
